Timothy Momanyi
Timothy Momanyi is the budget officer at Houston Independent school District (HISD). He has over 17 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with 3 of those years at HISD. His passion is analyzing and simplifying financial data for targeted consumption. He is excited about the difference he makes in ensuring students receive the resources they need to be global graduates.
Timothy holds a bachelors’ degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University. Timothy is married with 2 boys aged 11 and 9 and a 3-year-old daughter. In his spare time Tim enjoys gardening, watching his boys play sports and cooking. Timothy is a believer whose faith guides him in the decisions he makes.

Anu Omogbara, PhD
Anu obtained her PhD in Neuroscience & Cell Biology at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine. Her research background involves the study of lysosomal dysfunction in diseases neurodegeneration and skeletal muscle diseases.
She has served as mentor to high school and undergraduate minority students with interest in graduate level biomedical science. As a minority in Biomedical Research, Anu is passionate about empowering future minority scientists.
